World's Columbian Fancy Metal 4-Inch Pin Tray

I am not sure what the metal is but it has the common look of a type of pot metal we see in many expo souvenirs, not just the WCE. Condition is excellent and the design and manufacturing were solid. I would guess that a bit of a sponge bath with only water and a rag or paper towel might remove the 131 years of "patina", ie dulling of the surface.
