World's Columbian Exposition Card Explaining About the "Corps of Guides"

The uniformed guides--dressed in grey uniforms with blue hats--charged 50 cents per hour for groups of up to five people. Fairgoers could easily locate guides, rolling chair attendents, and of course, members of the Columbian Guard. A member of any of the three groups were happy to answer questions about the exposition and to point out the nearest stands for more information or for hiring a walking guide or wheel chair attendent.

This card is about 2/3 the size of a postcard, printed with a blank back. I have encountered no more than 4 or 5 of these in my 40+ years of studying the WCE.

I will send the card in a first class envelope at no charge to the buyer. First class mail does not include tracking information; if you require tracking, I can send this USPS Ground Advantage for $5, including cardboard, a padded envelope and tracking data.
