Enclosure Card with Dedication Invitation at the World's Columbian Expo
This card was sent with invitations to the dedication of the Columbian Exposition. It was an interesting touch to tell the recipient of the invitation who it was that asked the recipient to be invited. It was an honor and whichever WCE Executive thought to include this information was awfully smart and creative.
I have sold the complete package consisting of the invitation, inner envelope for this card and the card several times, but all of my inentory has been sold with one tiny exception: this single card. Limited numbers of invitation packages were sent. Tens of thousands of "ordinary citizens" crowded the fair grounds when the fair was dedicated--and workers were getting very close to completing the grounds and buildings.
Again this is just the insert card that was sent to those invited to the fair's dedication. This card is just about postcard size so I am more comfortable NOT sending it in a business envelope first class with no padding allowed by the USPS. I will ship it in a well padded larger envelope Ground Advantage. You can certainly combine postage on multiple items. I can calculate that once you are done purchasing and adjust what you will have paid already for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE, SOLD BUT ONE MORE ADDED TO INVENTORY!
