Scarce Columbian 25 Cent Stand Ticket, S26 or S28

I have not had the time to undertake the research to determine which stand number is partially printed at the top of this ticket. I believe by looking at ALL 25 cent tickets and determining the various uses for either an S26 or S28 it should not take much time to determine which this is.

I don't believe there will be any price difference between the two stand tickets in question--S26 and S28.
