Like the following lot with the expo name difficult to read and photograph, this one carries the same wording: Souvenir/World's/Exposition/Chicago 1893. This makes it easily identifiable as created by the same manufacturer. Why both left out the word "Columbian" is somewhat baffling, it may have been simply because there wasn't enough room!
The boot is excellent condition and there are also some tiny word on the heel that I could not decipher.
Look for a broad range of world's fair including tickets, other paper, medals and 3D items. I won't have adequae space to list even a fraction of the material I'm about to begin photographing. Once all the details are finalized for the sale I will send a formal announcement to customers.
