Worlds Columbian Exposition Furniture--For Display or Play? Set #2

This one of two of these rare sets which I was able to obtain from an estate sale. This set has a horse shoe shaped loop design on all of the pieces: Settee, Rocking chair, upright chair.

I have sold these pieces several times, but over a rather long period of time. The last time I sold a 3-piece grouping was probably ten years ago and I believe it sold for close to $300 for three pieces.

I never have found any reference to how these were sold, only in sets or individually, and how many had the Columbus landing scene version as opposed to this similar loop design.

As with all items in this sale I am offering this group below what I estimate to be wholesale pricing. This set, with a rocking chair, another chair and the settee should bring a bit higher price than the one with just three chairs. But the fancier landing scene group should sell for more than the chairs-only group. These differences offset one another. I am pricing both at just about 2/3 of the price from ten years ago.

If one person happens to purchase both sets I should be able to ship for just one $12 charge and nothing for the other.
