INTERESTING 1931 UK UNKNOWN MEDAL--DOLLAR SIZE

I can't tell you where we got this medal that has an award-winner's name on the reverse. I often will buy a lot when I want all but 1 or 2 & end up with a medal like this. I'm sure as part of a lot I paid more than the price here; it is a bargain at below our cost. Just $9.99 and I'm afraid I know nothing about the medal other than it was awarded to a Mr. Riollet in 1931.
