#223-CIVIL WAR SALE: RARE GAR STICK PIN WITH ENAMEL MEDAL

This pin is in wonderful condition and the medal is not one that was issued other than as a souvenir for those attending the GAR reunion. One side is a bright red enamel while the other side notes the reunion where it was available--1897 Buffalo.

This is one I've not seen previously and I have watched GAR reunion/encampment material for many years. The enamel work is outstanding. And it's quite inexpensive considering the workmanship and condition..
