#150-CIVIL WAR SALE: MONITOR TOKEN, HIGHER GRADE THAN THE PHOTOS--MONITOR TOKEN #2

This is an excellent "Our Navy" and Monitor token, well struck and dark, but with minimal wear. At a first glance it doesn't look as strong as it actually is due to the darkness of the token and a very small amount of green in palces. In preparation for this sale I purchased this token even though I have the same one in a bit better condition. I always want to provide options for my customers--a bit cheaper due to grade or strike, a bit more for one grade higher.

So you have this one and hopefully you saw the other one that is a higher grade AND has a small planchet clip as well.

Please remember that I am always available for questions--such as about the Monitor tokens and their differences.

Needless to say, Monitor tokens in general are significantly more expensive for the same grade when compared to many patriotic tokens.
